To evade various accidents on the platform, Herostech as a promising small-and-medium enterprise has developed MGFs for the past 15 years and installed them for the metropolitan stations.

Statistics performed by Seoul Metro show that there occurred 350 incidents of passenger's falling down onto the track or foot entrapping between a car and a platform in Korea from 2015 to June, 2020. Though Seoul Metro announces to give heed to the gap with moving pictures in a car, it may not be basic measures to solve the problem. Hence, they insist that instant installation of MGF system should be requested.
Herostech has developed further upgraded MGFs system to have applied them on the site.

MGFs at Hanman station have been installed and operated after stations of Singil, Guro, Sindorim, Eungbong and Racecourse in succession.
The sequences of trial operation are as follows;Arrangement Work →Operation Test →Linkage Test→Total Test→Performance Test
Inspections of work completion have been accomplished through tests and proofs. Then normal operation of MGFs will be tested and cerified.
Final performance test will be done accompanying with safety staffs and test experts as well.
